Radiology Society Conference  (Myanmar, Philippines) DK partners participated (Philippines: 39th Annual National convention and exhibit/ Philippines hospital convention, Myanmar: 16th Myanmar Radiology Society) the local conference.  The 16th Myanmar Radiology Society Conference was held at Nov. 08 to 10 in Myanmar Yangon. 2018 DK Engineer Training Program  Second half DK official engineer training program was provided from Oct. 22 to 23 (5 days). DK regularly provides the engineer training program two times per year. The First half year training was held on June. We trained the DK partner’s regarding a technical knowledge of X-ray System and how to install the DK products during 5 Days. After training, certified engineer can cover and follow the service issues in their country as DK Partners. This official training program covers the Digital X-ray systems especially Convnetional X-ray System(AccuRay D6) and C-arm(Prostar) unit. Most of Asia and Middle East area partner’s took the training program, and they were finally certified as DK official engineer. The next year training schedule will be announced by regional manager.

2018 DK Engineer Training Program  DK official engineer training program was provided from 25 June to 29 June (5 days). We trained the DK partner’s regarding a technical knowledge of X-ray System and how to install the DK products during 5 Days. This official training program cover the Digital X-ray systems especially Ceiling system (Innovision-DXII (Elin-T4)), and C-arm unit. Most of Asia and Middle East area partner’s took the training program, and they were finally certified as DK official engineer. Certified engineer will cover the most of Service and Technical issue. DK official training program will be held twice a year, and we have a plan on October. If we fix the schedule, we will announce the training program soon.

  The First Heavy-Ion Therapy System in KOREA The first heavy-ion Therapy System in Korea The world’s first facility with two rotating gantry rooms  DK group made a contract as consortium for ‘Heavy-Ion Cancer Therapy’ in Korea.  Yonsei University Health System (YUHS) signed a contract with Toshiba Energy Systems & Solutions and DK Medical Solutions to adopt Toshiba’s heavy ion therapy system at Yonsei University in Seoul, Thursday.  Heavy-Ion therapy is considered the best cancer treatment solution. The heavy ion treatment systems accelerates the carbon ion beam to up to 70 percent of the speed of light and exposes a concentrated radiation to the targeted cancer tissues and destroy the DNA of Cancer cells and tissue only.  Only 10 Heavy-Ion therapies are installed in the world.
